Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• The original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding accessories.

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process

• Contact us at info@ThreeBowsAndATie.com with your order details to initiate the return process.

• Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned item(s).

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for items that:

• Show signs of use.

• Are missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@ThreeBowsAndATie.com

This keeps them more engaged and eliminates the hassle of picking up their dropped items over and over again!

• Durable and Safe for Babies. All Busy Baby products are made from 100% Food-Grade Silicone that is flexible yet durable and can withstand everyday use and tugging. They are free from BPA, BPS, PVC, Phthalates, and lead, making them safe for baby to eat from and chew on. All Busy Baby products meet CPSC Safety Requirements.
