Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• The original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding accessories.

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned item(s).

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for items that:

• Show signs of use.

• Are missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges
